Goodness Gracious! Things I've wanted to do, or felt I needed to do for a Very Very long time....
I'm giving myself 12 minutes for this, and here we go. Bloggage - this has been on my to-do list for years and years. Overthinking about what to make it about has kept me from movement. Starting a website - mega fear of how it will look, and not knowing anything about this stuff has kept me only available via email/instagram/facebook for way too long! Things are shaking and baking right now, and I'm focused on taking action. Getting the site up, even though it isn't perfect. Shoot, writing this blog?! It's exciting.
Podcasting - I've had an idea for almost a year now, and I am about ready to just dive in. My need for everything to be perfect and polished has kept me from taking a lot of action. This idea I have has nothing to do with any part of the business I'm in, but I'm super excited to explore it, nonetheless.
My morning routine has been out of whack for a while, and the struggle of fitting everything in before starting the day is Real. Exercise, quiet time, yummy healthy breakfasts, packing food for the day, emails... Consistent routines are necessary, though it seems to take 3-4 hours to get through a thorough morning routine for me. For instance, I woke up at 6:30 this morning, and felt pretty rushed, and as if I didn't get enough done before having to take on the day.
I've been reading Grant Cardone's The 10x Rule and it has done wonders for my thought process. Quickly summing up - TAKE MASSIVE ACTION. This week, I've written my first cold emails, have finally published a website, have met with multiple amazing artists to discuss a monster art show in which I screen print every piece...
Action. Automation (of morning routines). Forget the fear of rejection/unknown. These are things I'm working on.
